The Evolution of Purpose and Leadership Communication
What does your company stand for? How is it changing and adapting to the societal and business challenges in today's world? How can leaders communicate these changes responsibly and authentically and walk the talk while keeping stakeholders engaged?
This session addresses the growing need for conscious leadership among communications professionals to build trust among increasingly socially-minded internal and external stakeholders and protect an organization's reputation. Differentiate between purpose, corporate social responsibility and corporate activism and the impact of each. Determine how and when to effectively align with a cause and communicate company purpose and positioning. Understand and respond to different stakeholder's priorities.
