Ayurveda offers a blueprint for longevity withguidelines to prevent disease and practices to enhance vitality. Ayurveda helps you to understand your own nature and create great health for yourself.

Dive deep into your nourishment and wellbeing in this three hour workshop.

About Caroline: My wellness journey started in 2002 at a simple prenatal yoga class while pregnant with my first child. Throughout my young adult life I constantly felt anxious and never really felt good in my body, a kind of continuous malaise, an “uncomfortableness” in my own skin. It usually manifested by overdoing everything and then feeling completely depleted afterwards. In that very first class with a wonderful teacher, I experienced a feeling of ease in myself that I hadn’t felt before. As I became more curious I discovered Ayurveda and together with Yoga my mind started to become calmer and my body started its healing journey. In 2014, I enrolled in my first course. Little by little, I understood the concepts and as a stay at home mom started incorporating them into mine and my family’s daily life. Over the years I obtained various certifications in both Yoga and Ayurveda. This knowledge taught me how to care for and love my body, how to soften into my powerful Self and honor it. It amplified my intuition and helped me to navigate the challenges of a busy modern life with more ease and grace. Now with kids grown up, in this transition time of my life I realize that aging has become a very dynamic and exciting time. My hope is to guide others to awaken their wisdom and prioritize their health, to understand that great health and wellbeing lies in their own hands. When we reconnect to our innate wisdom we ignite the fire for great vitality. Learning to cultivate healing practices is deeply fulfilling, as it empowers us to step more fully into LIFE.
