The Escape is a five-hour immersive day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave with practical tools you can continue using long after the experience ends.

Do I need experience with yoga or breathwork?

Not at all. The Escape welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Every practice is guided with care, and you’re encouraged to participate at your own pace.

• Gentle yoga
• Walking meditation in nature
• Conscious Connected Breathwork
• A nourishing meal

What should I bring?

Please bring:

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
• A reusable water bottle
• Anything you need to feel comfortable

Everything else will be provided.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and relax. Layers are recommended, as the weather in the rainforest can change throughout the day.

Will food be provided?

Yes. A nourishing meal is included as part of the retreat. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know after booking so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Where is The Escape held?

The Escape takes place at Wild Vanilla Farm on Hawaiʻi Island.

Detailed driving instructions will be emailed after registration.

What if it rains?

The rainforest is part of the experience. Much of our retreat takes place in covered spaces, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the land while remaining comfortable.

Is there an age requirement?

The Escape is designed for adults (18+) looking to spend intentional time reconnecting with themselves.

Can I attend alone?

Absolutely. Many participants come on their own. The experience is intentionally designed to help you feel welcomed, supported, and connected with others throughout the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of the retreat and limited spaces available. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to fill your space, we’ll do our best to transfer your registration to a future retreat.

What if I have medical conditions or injuries?

Please let us know before attending. Breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone, and we want to ensure the experience is safe and supportive for you.
