Program Overview

Every leader wants to champion a rock star, brag-worthy, drama-free team! Rock star teams are not an accident, they are an amalgamation of important traits and skills. This presentation prepares leaders to move the dial on team engagement, performance and culture, beginning with Leaderful Engagement. As teams build capacity for clear, connected, and honest conversations, trust increases, performance improves, and engagement grows. And, we all know it starts with the leader.

Participants will:

• Understand the importance of a coach’s mindset, utilizing rapport to support individual

development and team culture.

• Identify different types of check ins and their purpose
• Learn an powerful and simple check-in framework (so easy it will be in your head with no need to print it out or look it up!)

With 25 years of experience, Cassie has shaped and inspired leaders across healthcare, criminal justice, and nonprofits, fostering vibrant and healthy organizational cultures.
