About this event

The Emergency Was Curiosity - Birding @ Tomales Bay Trail

The Emergency Was Curiosity by Christie George is a book report, exhibition and series of exercises to help people cultivate their creative attention, inspired by Jenny Odell’s 2019 book How to Do Nothing: Resisting the Attention Economy.

Noticing birds is a recurring idea in both the original book and Christie’s book report, so what better way to celebrate the exhibition than to go birding together in collaboration with the Sonoma County Feminist Bird Club.
