No experience is necessary. Everything is guided and designed to be accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

The first half of the evening is a guided practice including breathwork, movement, and cacao to help you drop in and reset your nervous system. The second half opens into music, conversation, and contrast therapy with access to the hot tub and cold plunge.

Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between hot and cold exposure. At this event you’ll have access to the hot tub and cold plunge during the social portion of the evening.
