<h2>Welcome to The Drop In!</h2> Welcome to a 90 minute blended yoga, breath and sound journey brought to you by Ashton and Shannon. A journey to self — built around parasympathetic nervous system activation. Creating a safe space to unwind and rest. This breathwork event in Brisbane is perfect for anyone feeling burnt out, disconnected, or simply craving stillness. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, all levels are welcome. How beautiful is feeling safe to rest !!! We’ll move through practices to regulate the stress response, slow the mind, feel into the body and allow emotions to be present — without needing to analyse or fix them. Taking you through our core guiding practices, that have carried us through many seasons of life. Ranging from Ashtons experience in coaching somatic healing work, and Shannon's years of studying and embodiment of breathwork and sound. 🔥What to Expect:<ul><li>Guided Breathwork &amp; Meditation — Gently return to your body and arrive fully in the space</li><li>Movement &amp; Yoga Flow — A grounding practice to open, release and reconnect</li><li>Sound Journey — Be carried by healing frequencies and live sound into deep rest</li><li>Nervous System Reset — Shift out of the noise and back into stillness</li><li>Intention Setting — Plant a quiet seed for this new moon cycle</li><li>Ceremonial Chai — Close the evening with warmth, community and presence</li></ul> Location will be held at Blackstar Coffee Roastery in Brisbane, a staple community hub that has held space for many beautiful gatherings prior and has been built with love. You will be surrounded by a rustic wooden warehouse, opening out onto Brisbane's luscious greenery. Bring your own mat, cup/mug (Blackstar chai available for after &lt;3), water bottle, and a blanket is recommended. Come as you are, ready to receive the medicine of dropping into your own body. We're so excited to meet you there. We're keeping to a 20 person space to keep the energy intimate and intention.
