The Diversity Commitment - We (Still) Do Better Together

Four years ago, eight visionary investors made a commitment to advance diversity within their investment practices. Today, the commitment has grown stronger, with 13 investors collaborating to drive change and proving that we (still) do be together.

As we mark four years of progress, we are excited to unveil the latest insights in the fourth Diversity Commitment report. We will reflect on our journey, share key learnings, and highlight best practices that have emerged over time.

We are also thrilled to welcome our keynote speaker, Poornima Luthra, who will share her invaluable insights on driving diversity and inclusion forward.

Initiated in 2021, the Diversity Commitment has united Nordic investors under a shared vision to promote diversity and inclusion. By pledging to publicly disclose their data in an annual report, these investors foster learning and inspire industry-wide action.
