Some businesses are built on a long-time plan.

Shana Race's wasn't.

A random move. A random bartending job. A realization that changed everything. Starting as a podcast, Shana built an undeniable brand and right as she found her momentum, the pandemic shut it all down...or tried to.

Instead of stopping, she pivoted. From podcast to virtual mixology classes to in-person experiences. And she kept going until she had something that couldn't be ignored — a nationwide experiential mixology brand and a bar of her own.

That bar is where we're gathering and learning this month.

The evening is two things at once:
