Megan Lacy - Wild Hive - Megan Lacy is a seasoned communications professional whose work has exceeded objectives for clients across numerous industries—from nonprofit to government to Fortune 500 companies. As account director at Wild Hive, a consulting firm specializing in food and agriculture marketing, Megan helps lead strategic direction as well as day-to-day execution for clients.

Wild Hive builds brands for organizations and companies who are focused on creating better lives for consumers. Our clients include agriculture promotion groups, such as the Washington Red Raspberry Commission, the American Lamb Board, and Texas Pecan Board, as well as innovative “farm to package” brands.

Megan has experience leading marketing and communications teams in-house and as a consultant. Prior to joining Wild Hive, she led communications for a national equestrian sport organization, the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association. She spent over eight years leading teams and executing integrated campaigns for numerous clients at the international communications firm FleishmanHillard. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Karin Samelson - Umai Marketing - Karin has worked with several high growth CPG companies, like Vital Farms and Nulo Pet Food, doing everything from content creation, social media management, email marketing, and developing influencer programs. Her goal is to build brands with authentic storytelling and quality content. She’s passionate about working with mission-based companies whose goal is to do good.

Alison Smith - Umai Marketing - Alison has worked as a Director of Marketing in eCommerce education with experience growing brands tenfold. She has a strong focus on social advertising with Facebook and Instagram, spending millions of ad dollars between the platforms, but works with the entire marketing funnel to optimize growth.

Lexie Murray - Red Door Communications . Lexie Murray is a principal at Red Door Communications. Red Door is natural food and lifestyle PR firm based in Austin, Texas. Client experience includes: Whole Foods Market/Hawaii, Pure Spoon, Oriya Organics – makers of ultra-clean plant protein, Beanitos Bean Chips, Kapalua Resort and Chapul Cricket Bars.
