Mindful Moments #5: The Deep Reset

Some moments ask you to push, but this one asks you to go deeper.

For our fifth Mindful Moments experience, Amani is pairing two of the most powerful resets we know: mat pilates and a cold plunge, hosted inside The Community's space on Ross.

This will be the last event at The Community's 300 Ross location before they close for construction, so consider this your final invitation to move, breathe, and plunge in the space before it transforms into something new.

What's the format?

45 minutes of pilates-inspired movement designed to strengthen, lengthen, and connect you to your breath and your body. Low impact, beat-driven, and built for all levels. Then, a 2-minute cold plunge in an industrial-grade tub to seal everything in. One deep exhale to finish what the work started.

What to expect:

Doors open at 11:00 AM. Class begins at 11:15. You don't need to be flexible nor do you need to have plunged before. You just need to show up willing.

Plan to leave feeling stronger, calmer, and a little more alive than when you walked in.
