About this event

Take a deep pause to breathe and restore for the week ahead.

Reconnect to yourself and set an intention.

Create a sacred space to go deep within, tune in and explore your inner landscape.

We will be practicing Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) to create space, clear your mind and support your nervous system.


It's your time to pause, your weekly pause:

  • Every Sunday, from 7 to 8pm (Melbourne time).
  • 60 minutes sessions via Zoom.
  • $20/session.
  • If you wish to book for a block of 4 sessions, $17/session, total $68, send me an email at theyogaexplorer@gmail.com.
