The Decision Experience

The Decision Experience is a guided experience designed to help you slow down, clear the noise, reconnect to yourself, and make one powerful decision that moves your life forward.

Through music, breathwork, reflection, connection, and intentional guidance, you’ll have the chance to release mental clutter, get honest about what is keeping you stuck, and step into greater clarity.

We will also be incorporating a cold plunge experience as a symbolic way to face discomfort, move through fear, and step into a new decision with courage.

This is not just another workshop.
It is an experience.

If your mind has felt overloaded, if you’ve been carrying too many open tabs, or if you know there is a next step in front of you but haven’t been able to fully claim it, this room was created for you.
