Why do I need training?

Because if you're like us, you got thrown to the proverbial networking dogs without a plan. But to succeed, a plan is paramount.

Why should I add another Zoom meeting to my day?

Humans crave development and growth, and this is a fun, easy way to nourish yourself while wearing pajamas with a pet on your lap. Plus we're a lot of fun. This isn't your usual Zoom meeting.

What if I have to miss a session?

We encourage you to attend every session but we know life happens, so all sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one we can send it to you.

What if I want to visit to see if I like it before I commit?

Absolutely! Visit anytime! But you can only join the course at the start of the next cycle, as lessons build on each other.

Why you two?

Stacee Mandeville, a recovering performing artist, has been training teams globally since 1999, concretizing soft skills into something you can USE. Lisa Snow is a networking machine from a finance background. Obsessed with analytics, she lives and breathes the strategy she teaches. And we're fun!

Will there be networking?

YES! We will always do a fun ice breaker, and you will be chatting, masterminding, and practicing everything we do in breakouts. You will have rotating accountability buddies as an opportunity to practice and do some referral slams!

Do I have to be in NYC?

Nope. If you have a computer and wifi you can join. All meetings are in EST, so check your time differences.

How big of a group will it be?

We are capping each three-month engagement at 20 people.

Do I have to be in. a certain industry to qualify?

Nope, but we are looking for friendly people who are here to give as well as receive advice, help, referrals (as appropriate), and strategies that work.
