Each session includes:

✦ A guided meditation and ritual to connect with your muse and higher self

✦ Creative play using a different medium each month ~ writing, visual art, music, movement and more

✦ A unique creative prompt designed to unlock something new in you

✦ A warm supportive community holding space for your expression

This is Creative Alchemy ~ using creativity as a tool for transformation.

You will leave each session feeling more connected, more inspired, and more supported to let your creative gifts fully express themselves.
