Those who like to run alone, those who like to run in groups, those who are training for a marathon, those who run once a week, those who run once a year, etc etc. No matter which spectrum you're in, you'll be able to get something out of The Course. Join us in store on the third Wednesday of the month from May through July to hear from some of the best specialists in the run world on how to enchance your run, outside of the actual run. Wednesday, May 16th: stretching for runners.  DAMIEN ALEXANDER. lululemon Madison Avenue ambassador, yoga instructor, and marathon runner.  Wednesday, June 20th: strength training &amp; recovery. ERWIN SEGUIA. PT, DPT, CSCS, Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist, and co-owner of Match Fit Performance.
