Equipping Strength

<H2>Kick off the New Year with a heart pumping conditioning workout with your significant other, spouse, or friend and break a sweat together! </H2>
 
The workouts will be more of a Cardio Conditioning style and less of a Strength based workout.
Each workout will begin with a dynamic warm up on the gym's expansive artificial turf field. The couples will work together through fast paced circuits, high intensity intervals, and put their strength and stamina to the test. We will use equipment such as prowlers, medicine balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, and tires to produce a fun yet challenging workout. 
All fitness levels are welcome and all exercises can be modified to each individual's current level. 
Whether you work out consistenly, are looking to get back into a routine, or are starting out for the first time, you will LOVE this workout! 
Simply Fit Meals with be proving the perfect post workout brunch following the workout. So feel free to stay after, refuel with something nutrititous, and mix and mingle with other dallas folks!

FAQs
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is FREE and available right outside the gym. Enter on Exposition Ave and you can park out in front and come right in. 
 
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a bottle water if you would like! The gym provides towel service and also sells bottle water, BCAA'S, pre and post workout drinks, etc.

What's the refund policy?
Ticket sales are final 
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Just have it pulled up on your phone when you arrive.  
 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to make the event, there are no refunds. However, you can give your ticket to another couple that you know who would like to attend.
