The Cottonwood School's Kindergarten Promotion Ceremony

Let's CELEBRATE this year with our Kindergarteners in a special ceremony just for them and cheer them on as they promote to first grade! This will be a fun event with a photo booth (cap & gown provided for pictures) and we encourage families to bring a picnic lunch for a park playdate with other Cottonwood kindergarteners.

Registration Details:

• You have until Friday, April 26 to reserve your spot in our promotion ceremony.
• Please double check your calendar and consider any potential conflicts before you register for this event. Space is limited and we ask only committed participants register.
• Register ONE kindergartener per order.
• After registration, you will receive a Kindergarten promotion newsletter with more information about how to prepare for our fun event (individual caps & gowns will not be provided, but we will be sending "make your own" directions for a cap in the newsletter).
• Please give us an estimate on how many people will be attending from your party (kindergartener + supporters) on the order form.

Day-of-Event Information:

• Arrive no later than 9:45 am to check-in and be ready for our ceremony to begin promptly at 10 am.
• Attending supporters need to bring lawn seating (blankets, lawn/camping chairs, etc) to watch our ceremony and cheer on our kindergarteners. There will be no provided seating at this event.
• Every student must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout the duration of the event.
• All participating Kindergarteners will receive a certificate.

If someone other than a parent or legal guardian (must be 18+, not TCS student) will be chaperoning your student(s), please fill out this mandatory Chaperone Consent Form to grant authorization to seek medical authorization and responsibility for supervision. This must be filled out for each event for which you will send a designated chaperone.
