Holistic Wellness Workshops + Events

Offered in collaboration with local businesses and wellness practitioners of color, our inclusive wellness workshops utilize various modalities (i.e. movement, art, and sound) to experience the benefits of mindful living.

Take a moment to cool off with intimate wellness experiences to soothe body and mind, hosted by the calm/cool collective. Gentle yoga + sound bathIndulge in a relaxing yoga experience guided by ccc founder Shakeelah Sutton, exploring movement and stillness with a gentle vinyasa flow followed by meditative Yin yoga postures. We&#x27;ll conclude with a nourishing sound bath provided by sound healer, Sihnuu Hetep. All experience levels are welcomed.September mindfulness activity: Tea Ceremony + herbal blending workshop with <a href="https://districtherbs.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">District Herbs</a>Ease into autumn with an herbal tea blending demonstration presented by Ebony Payne, founder of District Herbs. This is a unique opportunity to learn about herbs that help transition your body and mind into the fall season and each participant will get to take home a unique tea blend to enjoy in the comfort of their own home! This pop-up is a part of our #SelfCareisCollectiveCare summer wellness campaign.
