Let's join together as a collective.A﻿ collaborative event including:<ul><li>K﻿undalini Yoga</li><li>A﻿cupuncture</li><li>B﻿reathwork</li></ul> Tedi Serge, a powerful and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor will lead us through a heart opening sequence. Once in savasana, Kirsten Malmendier, a heart-centered and licensed Acupuncturist will place two heart opening and grounding acupuncture points to create ease within our mind landing us deeper into our body. And lastly Faith Duckett, an embodied and certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork facilitator will guide us through a grounding breathwork journey. Together we'll open our hearts, ground into our truth, and breathe into all parts of ourselves with love and compassion for what is here now. To best support your experience you will need to bring the following:<ul><li>Y﻿oga mat</li><li>B﻿lanket</li><li>W﻿ater Bottle</li><li>J﻿ournal/pen</li><li>E﻿ye mask (optional)</li><li>Essential oils for support (optional)</li><li>C﻿rystals (optional)</li></ul>There are just a few forms filled out prior to the event.
