A HALF DAY RETREAT EXPERIENCE, A SAFE SPACE TO UNRAVEL YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, RE-CONNECT TO YOUR BODY & ATTUNE TO DEEP REST.


As we transition into Winter, everything in nature begins to slow down and descend it's energy into the earth in order to restore. This shift in energy is an invitation to be doing much less and prioritising rest in order to restore our entire body system. It's the perfect time to be limiting our energy output, nourishing ourselves with practices that bring us into a deeply regulated state of being and widening our capacity to simply, be.


The blueprint of this experience is specifically designed, weaving the energetic alchemy of ancient yogic practices with your somatic intelligence, to regulate your nervous system & re-claim presence in your body. No prior experience in any of these practices is needed. This experience will give you tools that will support you for life.


This is a space for everyone - all bodies, all nervous systems, all ages, all experiences.



WHAT'S INVOLVED?

REGULATE: Breathing techniques (pranayama) that are designed to regulate your nervous system into a parasympathetic state.


FEEL: Somatic embodiment and traditional Tantric practices to get you into your felt physical experience - bringing your mind and body into connection and reclaiming safety and presence in your body.


CONNECT: Time to reflect and journal with herbal tea and snacks, an oppurtunity to connect with others and share about your experience. Please note, connecting with others is not necessary, and you have abosulte freedom to keep to yourself if you wish, no judgement.


ATTUNE: A medicinal Yin Yoga practice using energetic alchemy for nervous system regulation that will nourish your kidneys, adrenals and bladder through illuminating the energy channels (meridians)of these organs in the body. This practice is attuning to the energy of the Water element which is most active in Winter, and will provide you with an understanding of how to live in aligment with the cycles of nature and best support yourself in this time.


DESCEND: Finishing with a yoga nidra practice (also known as yogic sleep), a specific style of meditation designed to bring you into a deep state of rest.

$79 is the recommended and standard amount.

$49 is if you are currently experiencing financial difficulties and need a helping hand.
