It is with much excitement and anticipation that we announce September’s Cider Circle host — Tom Oliver of Oliver’s Cider & Perry.

Tom has been called ‘the venerable godfather of fine cider’ and is universally regarded as one of the world’s most influential cider makers. From fine classics to experimental modern twists, his ciders and perries are inspired, considered, and often deliciously fun!

Tom will be taking us on a journey through the cidermaking year, sharing his own accounts from the orchard and the cidery. We’ll flow through the seasons, learning about the rhythmic relationship between artisan, fruit, and nature, while tasting a range of Tom’s ciders and perries.
