The Chef and I Cooking Classes


- An eight week series -

Delicious dishes are about more than recipes; they are about techniques. In our classes students will work together to create three dishes. Each student will get a generous taste of each dish made. The chef will be there to answer any questions you may have about creating the perfect dish. Each student will receive a recipe notebook, details about each dish and chef tips.

Week 1 - NOVEMBER 2nd / JANUARY 11th : Cooking fish - Techniques

Pricing:

Cooking classes $50 (10AM & 1PM)

Mixology courses: $35 (11:45AM)

Duration:

Cooking classes are an hour and a half.
