Is it free to join run club and how do I sign up?

Yes, the goal of our run club is to create an inclusive fun community in DFW that promotes fitness and friendship. We welcome girls and women of all ages and fitness levels. To sign up for a run club, head on over to our Instagram page where we have an Eventbrite link to all upcoming events!

Do I have to be a fast runner to join?

Absolutely not. We welcome runners, joggers and walkers! During our meets, we will always break out into groups based on fitness levels. That way, we can all get a good workout. You will always have some to walk, jog or run with!

How many miles do we run?

We always run 3 miles. I’m sure some runs will be longer in the future; and will always provide the mileage in the registration link for you.

Are pets or strollers allowed?

Yes, we would love for you to bring your fur babies; as long as they’re friendly and on a leash! If you’re a mom and don’t have a baby sitter, you can bring your little ones too!
