The Capstone Leadership Academy was created with healthcare leaders of all levels of experience, education, or position in mind.

*It is highly recommended that the Academy participants be currently employed in a healthcare leadership position (or in a formal succession process) in order to promptly practice and apply the leadership practices that are learned.
