Let the games begin! Join the BTU Pilot community at our annual end-of-year fundrasier, with lots of fun including facepainting, games, raffles, live music, hors d'oeuvres, pizza, beer and wine.

This year's event will also feature the silent auction you've grown to love - so get ready to bid on fabulous donations from generous local businesses like Launch, Streetcar Wines, Boing! City Feed, Zoo New England, JP Clay, Ula Cafe and more!

Money raised at the event will support ongoing vital school partnerships like Apprentice Learning, Home for Little Wanderers, Basketball, 826 Boston, Green City Growers, Urban Improv, as well as allow us to partner with Doc Wayne, an organization that provides Youth Coaches to facilitate interactions and play that reinforce social-emotional skills for our students at recess.As a BTU School community our fundraising goal for this year's event is $30,000. We can do this, but WE NEED YOU! Join us in making a real difference for our scholars, faculty, and staff.

100% of the funds raised at this event support the BTU School.

Frequently asked questions

I bought tickets but can't attend- can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate refunds at this time. But you just made a vital donation to the school!

Where can I park?

There is a small lot to the left of Spontaneous Celebrations, but we ask that you leave that available for vendors and accessible parking. There is free parking all along Danforth Street. Or take the T to the StonyBrook stop and we're a short 5 minute walk away.

Can I drop off my child/will there be babysitters?

We are working on this for future events! But for the Big Event, all children must be chaperoned.
