Is transportation provided?

Unfortunately we do not provide transportation.

Question 3

Does my child get to keep the braid kit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Your child will keep the braid kit. We encourage continued practice at home after the camp ends to help reinforce and build on the skills they’ve learned.

Question 4

What happens if my child is late or miss days?

Accepted Answer

If your child is absent or arrives late, please note that we are unable to reteach techniques that have already been covered. Consistent attendance and punctuality are highly recommended to ensure your child stays on track with the skills being taught.

Question 5

Is it guaranteed that my child will be able to braid at the end of camp?

Accepted Answer

While no outcomes can be guaranteed, all students will be taught proven braiding techniques and the art of braiding. We strongly encourage regular practice to help increase skill, confidence, and overall braiding ability.

Question 6

Are refunds issued for the kit if we do not attend?

Accepted Answer

The camp is free of charge; All participants are purchasing the braid academy kit. If your child is unable to attend, you will receive the kit, but please note that kit is non-refundable. If needed, camp organizers may assist  you in finding someone to take your child’s spot.

Question 7

Can my child be removed from Braid Academy Summer camp?

Accepted Answer

If a camp participant has ongoing disciplinary issues, they may be asked not to return. However, the braid kit will remain theirs to keep.
