Who Am I?
I'm Amber-Lea, a nervous system healing guide who helps women move from survival mode to softness.
After my panic attack three years ago left me hallucinating and disconnected from reality, I spent years learning how to help my body feel safe again. I studied polyvagal theory, somatic experiencing, and body-based trauma healing.
Now I share what actually worked - not the Instagram version of healing, but the real, messy, embodied version.
I created The Landing Space community and The Sunrise Sequence morning practice to help other women reconnect to their bodies and regulate their nervous systems.
