Come celebrate the launch of 'THE BLOCK', a new creative gathering focused on empowering creatives, artists, and entrepreneurs of color.

As you arrive, the vibe will be set by DJ Fannie Mae before HUE HOUSE founders, joined by special guests, discuss the importance and vision for this new creative community event. This will be a night of celebration, information and connecting with like minds in the city so make sure you pull up! OUR WHY: HUE HOUSE firmly believes that to effectively support and empower a community you must first affirm it. Sadly, safe spaces that connect, affirm, value, equip and empower Charlotte’s artists, creatives and entrepreneurs of color are severely lacking. Every month, &#x27;THE BLOCK&#x27; will be that space where all artists and creative entrepreneurs can be in community, be inspired, be informed and equipped to grow Charlotte’s creative economy. The heartbeat of this space will unapologetically reflect and value the creative community of color, providing a safe space for those who have not been equitably included.
