The Big Blue Bubble show is a whimsical family experience with a live bubble show, a meet and greet with everyone's fave blue pup, themed treats and drinks and lots of JOY for the entire family! Expect to unlock core memories!

What age group is this event best suited for?

The event is perfect for children ages 3-12 but guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy the fun!

What does my ticket include?

General Admission: Includes access to the show and a photo op with our special guest VIP: Includes access to the show, a photo op with our special guest, a VIP land-yard, a ticket for a free drink in a souvenir cup.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may give your ticket to a friend or family member.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Is the event ADA accessible?

Yes! The venue is ADA accessible. If you or someone in your party requires seating accommodations or mobility assistance, please contact us in advance. We’ll be happy to reserve seating and provide support to ensure a comfortable experience.

Are there sensory accommodations?

This event includes strobe lighting, upbeat music, and bubble effects, which may be stimulating for some guests. While there are no designated quiet zones, we encourage families to bring noise-canceling headphones if needed. Let us know in advance if your child may need early entry.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes! Strollers are welcome, but we kindly ask that you park them in the designated stroller area during the show to keep pathways clear.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes! Snacks, drinks, and themed treats will be available for purchase. Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless for babies or medical needs.

Is there a bathroom or changing area?

Yes, restrooms are available onsite, and a changing area will be accessible for parents with young children.

Can I take pictures or videos?

Photos are encouraged! We just ask that you avoid flash photography during the show to keep the atmosphere fun and safe for all guests.

How long is the event?

Each session is approximately 2 hours, including the bubble show, surprise guest appearance, blue dance party and optional meet & greet.
