Event description

Description

With our speaker, Michael Cantrell of Future Finance, we will explore the question: What do graduate students need to know about pursuing careers in informatics and data science outside of academia?

Please join us on Thursday, February 21st 5-7 pm in the Kellerman Classroom at McGaw (Chicago Campus) to hear from a professional in the data science and health care fields about his career, how his company utilizes data science, and how students can apply their knowledge and skills from their graduate degrees to non-academic positions. We will conclude with a Q&A session. Light snacks and beverages will be served.
