For the first time at Grand Sierra Resort, Charlie Palmer Steak brings you the original steakhouse tradition, THE BEEFSTEAK! This event is iconic on the East Coast and now comes West. As a long-standing tradition this event features copious amounts of meat, sides and desserts, along with abundant libations including wine, beer, and bourbon! Chef Charlie Palmer will preside as master of ceremonies for the BEEFSTEAK feast. Come enjoy the indulgences of food, drink and song over communal dining in celebration of the Beefsteak.
