May is Mental Health Awareness Month with the week of May 5th - May 11th dedicated to mental resilience: the ability to endure hardships and move forward.

This event will include a "Talk Saves Lives" presentation from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, followed by light refreshments, and an opportunity for a group discussion regarding mental wellness.
