"What's in Your Medicine Cabinet?" is a TBW PRESENTS community event series designed for underrepresented and underserved populations. This series empowers individuals to take ownership of their health by understanding and managing their personal health histories. During the second hour, the focus shifts to examining the socio-economic barriers that impact individual health, addressing nutritional, physical, mental, financial, and environmental challenges that also influence well-being. The initiative encourages community members to document their health practices and medications, receive guided wellness recommendations, and engage with health experts to foster proactive, inclusive approaches to well-being.

Key Goals of the Series:

Increase Awareness: Educate community

members on the importance of

understanding their overall health, emphasizing

informed decision-making and proactive

health management.

Empower Participants: Enable individuals to

record and verify their health histories, take

inventory of their current medications, and

gain personalized insights to actively manage

their well-being.

Foster Engagement: Create opportunities for

open dialogue between community members

and health professionals, building trust and

developing programs that address unique

community health needs.
