The Arty Barge is a collaborative project in which local artists will meet, explore ideas and develop Community Arts projects for the Sliabh Beagh area. On Saturday 15th of June in celebration of Cruinniú na nÓg, a creative Ireland initiative, we will come ashore and deliver a day of free creativity for young people at Crom Estate.
This project has been funded by The National Lottery through the Arts Council Of N.Ireland , Creative Ireland & The Fermanagh Trust. We are extremely grateful for their support and investment in the creative potential of our area .

Workshop: Hand Drumming

Details: Explore Hand Drumming and Percussion techniques with Aidan Dunphy. A fun , energetic workshop where we will come together and create rhythm & music . No Experience Necessary/ Drums will be provided
Workshop: Pottery
Artist: Lisa McCabe ( Corranny Forest Pottery )

Ages: 8-12 yrs
Details; Lisa from Corranny Forest Pottery will help you create your own ceramic bottles experimenting with decorative imprinting and embellishing techniques.
Workshop: Botanical Printmaking
Artist: Elaine Liyounnssi

Details. Explore the joys of Printmaking with Elaine Liyounnssi, experimenting with Gelli Printing and Flower Pounding techniques to create beautiful botanical print works on fabric.
Singing Circle

Details. Join us for our singing circle guided by experienced musician and facilitator Sinead Connolly. Improve your rhythm and pitch through uplifting songs and musical games; embracing the joys of singing together as a group. No Experience Necessary!
Weather permitting all workshops will be delivered open air so please wear suitable clothing and footwear. This is a free Workshop Programme however Pre- Booking is essential as spaces are limited .
