Welcome to The Art of Intimacy: A Couples' Night Out! Join us for a special evening dedicated to deepening you and your partner's connection. This event is 18+ and will take place at the Wallingford Center. It will be an opportunity to explore an array of playful and passionate somatic exercises designed to enhance intimacy in your partnership.
In this unique two-hour workshop, a certified Somatica Intimacy and Relationship Coach will guide you through a series of exploratory activities aimed to:
- Help you express your desire comfortably.
- Invite playfulness into your connection.
- Learn new ways to touch and be touched.
- Deepen emotional intimacy.
- Explore what passion means to you, and release your inner animal!
It's common to fall into habit and routine during intimacy. This is completely normal and natural, but can sometimes lead to boredom or low desire.
