The venue(Space at the Mill) is really close to public transport links, however if you are driving there are numerous car parks nearby on Bridgewater street, and also numerous car parks on Deansgate.
There will be drinks and light refreshments provided, but please feel free to bring any food and drinks that you would like to!
We recommend bringing a water bottle, a notebook for any bits of information you want to jot down, and a fleece or jumper to snuggle up in during the sound bath meditation!
