Beginning with the history of steam distillation, we will move into creating our very own Hydrosol together using the Alembic. While we watch our Hydrosol come to life we will discuss the current applications and benefits of working with plants in this way.

Meaghan is an herbal practitioner and herb farmer in West Virginia where she owns and operates Blooming Mountains Botanical Sanctuary with her husband. Her focus is on helping people find wholistic wellness through education, plant allies and nature. She strives to provide the highest quality herbal preparations from her farm.
