Welcome to The Alabama Potluck! This unique grassroots climbing festival is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, particularly in the Deep South. Our goal is to unite communities facing barriers to climbing and foster connections among them. Join us at Sandrock (Cherokee Rock Village) from May 3rd to May 5th, with May 4th featuring a day filled with sessions and clinics led by community leaders. Our programming includes artisan workshops, trail days, and group climbing activities.
In addition to these activities, we have planned other exciting events such as a campfire potluck, fun mixer, and a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Climbing4Change. Tickets are priced at $10, which will contribute to honorariums for our program leaders. Please note that this ticket fee does not cover camping or the day rate for Cherokee Rock Village.
