With the launch of ChatGPT, the conversation around AI became big and public. Fast forward to today, and AI is changing the way brands interact with their customers, how they use customer data, and design products and marketing assets.

As we stand at this critical juncture, two major questions emerge: How should brand and communications leaders navigate this new era? And how can we refine our own brand’s narrative as we move toward a radically tech-forward future?

The PRSA California Capital Chapter is hosting a virtual two-part discussion on May 29 and June 12 that will help answer those questions, as well as cover related trends and narratives shaping the business landscape and societal perceptions around AI.

Our featured presenter is Heather Craft, CEO North America at Hotwire, the global technology communications, and marketing consultancy.

Part 1 will set the stage and frame the conversation about the Age of AI, while Part 2 will provide a how-to format for communications leaders and brands.
