The After-Work Reset is a weekly wellness group designed to help you decompress after a busy day. Join us Thursdays at 5:30 PM for 30 minutes of community auricular acupuncture combined with a soothing sound bath led by JoAnn Healey. Singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create a calming environment while acupuncture supports relaxation and overall well-being. Whether you’re feeling mentally drained, tense, or simply need time to transition out of work mode, come as you are and give yourself space to reset. $40 per session.
