Join us for a high-energy musical experience with this Filipino-American sister-led band guaranteed to get you on your feet! La Fonda performs pop-tinged indie rock with infectious rhythms, electrifying vocals, and a vibe that will leave you wanting more. Don't miss out on this unforgettable night of music!

Valerie and Veronica Topacio center their songs around themes of sisterhood and navigating the chaos of adolescence, addiction, xenophobia, and gentrification—to name a few. La Fonda creates sonically atmospheric, shoegaze-inspired tracks falling somewhere between dream-pop and alt-rock. They are joined by Jesse Cole on guitar and Bryan Dever on bass.

Their sophomore album We Are Infinite dives heart-first into the emotional depths of their journey so far and explores the struggles of living in their hometown of Seattle. 2023 was a breakout year for the band, as their record was named one of the Top 10 Albums of the Year by The Seattle Times, landed on KEXP’s Top 90.3 Albums of 2023, and was recognized by NPR as one of the “Top Shelf” performances in the Tiny Desk Contest.
