The goal?

We put strong women in the spotlight and create an opportunity for women to really get to know each other. That’s why we chose for a small scaled event. With four strong stories, we will take on the role as moderator and give direction to the topics and conversations, which you can continue yourselves afterwards.

What?

Every three months we will introduce twenty ladies to each other during “The Ada Talks”. You will get inspired, meet new people but most of all, you will get the chance to share your story and learn from others. It's the perfect chance to broaden your horizon and to create a useful network in which you will discover each others specialities and learn how you are able to help one and other.

Format?

20 participants – 4 new speakers every session, and 16 invitees

2hours + networking from 19:30h to 22:00h

• 30 min of networking before the Talk

• 1 hour of talks - 4 talks 10min / 15min TedXstyle

• 1 hour of after talks - 4 tables/ each speaker will have a table /each 15 min there will be a sign to move on to the next table if wanted.

• 16 participants rotating between the tables/ 4 speakers = 4 people per table

Inspiration?

Ada Lovelace is known for her description of the “Analytic machine”, the early mechanical machine used for general use by Charles Babbage. Now she is seen as the designer of the first computer program because she wrote programs to manipulate symbols according to fixed rules, on a machine that Babbage was yet to design.

An incredibly strong and inspirational character who now forms the inspiration for these talks.
