Hit the ground running at The 5:01K* and add up distances from hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, disc golf, and more, to complete this uniquely-Lansing “5K” set against the scenic sandstone backdrop of The Ledges. Wind down with yoga, speed up with salsa and enjoy healthy lifestyle demonstrations from local businesses. 
*Note: You certainly don’t have to run for this event, but please wear sensible footwear.
