Join us for the first in our "Unlocking High Performance" Lunch and Learn Series this year. During this 60 minute session, we will be presenting an overview of Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team and exploring the impact each of these areas on your business. You will be provided with an opportunity to analyze each of the dysfunctions and given an assessment tool to identify where the deficiencies are within your own team. 
This is a foundational workshop to the Lunch and Learn Series and covers the overall theory that we will explore in detail throughout the year. In order to accommodate everyone who is interested in attending, it will be offered 4 times (additional dates include, 4/18, 7/25, and 10/24). The remaining eight Lunch and Learn sessions will be focused on one of the dysfunctions with a focus on easily executable tools you can take back to your team to eliminate dysfunction in the corresponding areas.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get your lunch and seat. The presentation will start promptly at noon. Feel free to stay after to network and ask questions.
