About this event

Welcome to the 2024 BAMM Pride Summit! MOASH and GVSU are so excited to host the 10th year of this wonderful event for LGBTQ youth in Michigan. Four our tenth anniversary, we hope to make the BAMM Pride Summit better than ever before!

At BAMM, LGBTQIA+ middle and high school youth will spend the day learning, connecting, and building community! Adults and GSA advisors who are bringing youth to the summit are also welcome to attend. You can also consider making the BAMM Pride Summit a field trip for your Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) or other student club!

The summit will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Grand Valley in Allendale.

You can find breakout session descriptions here:

  • In-person: https://bit.ly/bamm2024workshops

Please note: As this is primarily a youth event, we reserve the right to cancel the registration of any adult who is not bringing or attending with a young person.

In-person registration will close on Friday, April 12th, or once all spots are filled.

After much consideration, this year the BAMM Pride Summit will be offering limited virtual participation. Making the BAMM Pride Summit accessible to all is a key priority, but we don't currently have the resources to make the summit an effective hybrid event. Virtual participants will be able to stream our keynote event and will have access to pre-recorded virtual sessions, but will not be able to join any dedicated breakout spaces.

This year, we have restructured virtual participation! Virtual participation will give you access to a live stream of the keynote and unique, pre-recorded videos that you can access yourself or with a club the day of the event and for a limited time after!
