On the evening of Friday June 7th, we pay tribute to the one and only Prince Rogers Nelson with an early 80s set from DJ Sol and the official tribute from yours truly James Biko (fka DJ Needles) - deejay and creator of THAT PURPLE STUFF
• 8:00 - Doors
• 8:30 - DJ Sol is starting the night off with the early 80s set featuring R&B, New Wave, Pop, Rock, and Post-Disco classics from various artists highlighting the era from which Prince ascended
• 9:30 - BIKO fka Needles begins the official tribute with Prince-produced/affiliated music from Vanity, Sheila E, The Time, Apollonia, and many others……Then, get ready to go crazy to all types of purple goodness as the main event commences with an onslaught of musical royalty by Prince himself
This will be another very special celebration of the life and talents of a true musical genius. We hope you can join us as we bring you the 14th installment of THAT PURPLE STUFF
