Overview
Hone your pie-baking skills before Thanksgiving with the pastry team at Mercantile.
Learn how to make the dough for your pie, roll it out, and fill it with your choice of sweet potato butterscotch, dutch apple, or maple pecan. Finish it off with latticework or any other fun crust decor of your choosing! Participants will then take home the uncooked pie to freeze or bake fresh on the date of their choosing!
