Do I need to bring a partner?

Bringing a partner is not required, you are welcome to come solo and we will pair you up with another attendee. However, you do save $10 if you bring a partner!

What do i need to bring?

Arrive in loose comfortable workout clothing. You will also need a yoga mat and water bottle.

What is provided in this workshop?

Breathwork, thai yoga foundations, connection, and a light snack and drink will be provided by Erin of Thrive Yoga Fit and Chef Tyler of Home Appétit! We will also have some specials going on for those attending this workshop!

No previous experience is required. The workshop focuses on foundational practices.

Yes. Partnered touch is central to the workshop. Participants should expect to give and receive guided, respectful touch throughout the session.
