Thai Summer Appetizers with May Siricharoen

The Eureka Emblem Club is excited to announce that local Chef (and Emblem member) May Siricharoen will be teaching a small intimate class featuring her favorite Thai appetizers.

The class takes place on Sunday, June 30th at 1 p.m. at the Eureka Woman’s Club at 1531 J Street in Eureka. The class is limited to 25 students and tickets are $65 per person prepaid.

‘Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Shrimp Toast

Bangkok Noodle Rolls (hands on portion of the class) with a dipping sauce

Magic Glass Bean Noodle Salad
